Our Leadership

Ibrahim Hasan Murad
SKL is not just like any other school. It’s a totally new concept. People today, when they think of education, they think of jobs, they think of salaries and they think of where a person can be employed or in case of the school where the next stop would be for higher education. We believe that school is the nursery of nation. So we would like to connect schools to the home. We would like to connect schools to the families. We would like to connect the schools to the life of our pupils. We would like to connect schools to whatever is going on in the neighborhood from where our people go after the school and they play in the park. They go to their other relatives, they visit parks, and they meet people.
We would like to connect school to the life as such. It’s not just about curriculum filled up with textbooks, with formulas, with theories, with histories, with information about what has gone in the past and what is said by others. So these things, these theories are uncontestable. They are already there. What we would like to do is go take a step forward and do something which is rarely done by any of them and that is the uniqueness of the SKL. SKL brings knowledge to home, knowledge to the self and knowledge to the success of a citizen in the life. So we are about success at happiness in the life of families from where our people are coming. We are about success and happiness of the parents who are sending and entrusting us with their kids.
When we work in the field of education, we are in the business of shaping the future and not just the future but the destiny of our nation. When we go to our workplace, we are going to the place where we are cultivating minds, where we are characterizing the morals of our students, where we are trying to refine the habits of our people, where we are trying to enlighten the hearts of our pupils. So it’s the most challenging task for all of us. It’s not easy. It’s not like running a shop. It’s not like running a factory.
We are about success and happiness of teachers. We are about success and happiness of principles. And we got about success and happiness of our heads who are actually taking the trouble of running it. So ISKL is totally altogether and revolutionary new concept and we are trying to convey that. It’s a very tough task for us to convey this message, to bring everyone on one page on this idea.
I am pleased to introduce our latest educational venture, International School of Knowledge and Leadership (ISKL), a project of Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Trust. ISKL is not just a school, but an incubator of great ideas and a place for innovation and collaboration. ISKL is a place to work together, to think and do, where we deliver results instead of promises. For over two decades, ILM Trust has built an incredible academic legacy by supporting young people form their first day of school all the way through to advanced postgraduate studies, encouraging them to become active citizens, striving to live a life of creativity, curiosity, and contemplation. So, open up possibilities that can transform your child’s life and develop thinkers and leaders in them by choosing ISKL as your child’s schooling experience.

The International School of Knowledge and Leadership is dedicated to achieving academic excellence and fostering student development. To achieve this, we have developed an integrated curriculum that incorporates extracurricular activities, allowing students to engage in day-to-day activities across all subjects. As the school’s head, I strongly believe in the importance of student presentations, and as such, we have incorporated various teaching strategies into our lesson plans. These strategies are specifically designed to keep students engaged in diverse learning activities.
For instance, we employ the Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA) approach, which provides students with concrete materials and gradually progresses to pictorial and abstract concepts in distinct steps. Our aim is to ensure that students can grasp concepts independently.
Furthermore, we promote project-based and inquiry-based learning methods, encouraging students to explore different ideas through hands-on experiences. By doing so, we foster a lifelong learning mindset and inspire students to contribute positively to a better future.
